When I first played it, I stopped around the beginning of Unlimited because of how stupid the protagonist appeared to me and how ridiculous everything seemed to me, however it all makes sense to me, after having read through it Muv-Luv Alternative does have quite some character build up and twists and interesting theories and animated action scenes for the time it was produced and very good OST, but it did feel a bit dragged out and there is a high hurdle with the whole series until you get to the good parts Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble (Unrated Version) G-senjou no Maou - The Devil on G-String (Unrated Version) Newton and the Apple Tree (Unrated Version) Princess Evangile (Unrated Version)Ĭhronoclock (Unrated Version) Sakura Fantasy Chapter 1 (Unrated Version) The Labyrinth of Grisaia (Unrated Version) Muv Luv is probably one of the best VNs I have read.

Here's a list of all the VNs I have read. I think Vexem speaks for everyone when he says that.Įdit 2: Glad we've kept it civil folks, in spite of the Muv Luv secret task-force agents, employed to PsyOp our shit, in this thread. Like my buddy Vexem pointed out verbatim: "Everything about Muv-Luv sucks for no reason." Yes, he actually said that. He could make a game about only about murdering people for no reason and it would be deeper than Muv Luv. (Nothing needs to be said about the story, even they hate it lol) ((Case in point, this thread))Īm I the only person in this world that thinks this? Why has this got such a devoted cult-following?Įdit: Alright guys, I get it, Subahibi is also juvenile edgy shit, but I like Subahibi, so I don't care about that.

I unfortunately just finished playing this overrated garbage from start to finish, and I can't stop thinking about how the salient psychology that it's worshipped for by it's fanbase of teenagers is just, in actuality, complete edgy juvenile trash. I may be kicking the hornets nest here, because this is the highest rated Visual Novel on VNDB, but have ML players played any other visual novel, let alone watched any TV or read a book in their life before?
